Our consulting/coaching services are for Adult Educational Ministries and for Youth Ministry.

Our Adult Educational Ministries consulting will help your church create an intentional plan for the use of curriculum at your church (scope and sequence), as well as equip you with tools to evaluate the effectiveness of your teaching ministry.

Our Youth Ministry consulting is for any church, whether you are in transition without a youth minister, you have a solid youth ministry program, or things are in crisis. Let us show you how ministerial staff, parents, and other volunteers can maximize their gifts to help youth and their families grow with a healthy youth ministry program.

We will help you clarify expectations that various groups have about the roles and responsibilities of the youth minister as well as the roles your church needs from volunteers. We will guide you through a process to discover answers to questions like:

- What is the purpose of our youth ministry program?
- Is our youth ministry healthy? If not, what needs to change?
- How does the youth ministry relate to the larger body of the church?
- How do we find volunteers to work in the youth ministry?
- What do our youth need to know and experience to have faith once they leave the youth ministry?

In addition to a mid-visit evaluation with the copyrighted Youth Ministry Style Profile, each consultation is followed by a written report to church leaders and youth leaders about the state of the ministry and practical suggestions for moving forward.
